Oak is the most traditional of woods and has been used in the making of fine furniture through the centuries - eventually becoming symbolic of character, stability, and longevity. This simple design, inspired by the Shaker Tradition, captures all of these features and the overall composition is enriched by the inclusion of a handle that adds a modern idiom to the arrangement.
